Shipping + Processing

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Arrival times vary based on the product you order and the shipping speed you select at checkout.

We do our best to ship out all paper products in 1-3 business days but processing can take up to 6 business days especially during peak seasons. For specific processing timelines please look at the processing section on the specific product you are ordering for the most accurate information. Custom products can take up to two weeks to produce.

In general USPS first class mail arrives in 3-6 business days, Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 business days and Express Mail arrives in 1-2 business days. Please note USPS shipping times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays caused by any third party shipping carriers. 

What shipping carrier do you use?

All of our packages are shipped with USPS. We reserve the right to change your shipping carrier to get your package to you faster if needed. In this case we will never lessen the value of the shipping speed you selected at checkout. Generally if we select another carrier it would be via UPS.

My order arrived damaged or isn't what I expected, what do I do?

Oh no I am so sorry! It doesn't happen often but when it does we want to make it right. Claims for damaged, missing or wrong items must be submitted within 5 business days from the day your order is marked delivered. Any items affected will be reshipped and replaced. Please make sure to keep proof of any package damage in order to file a claim. Items that are still marked in transit or delayed will not be resent until there has been no movement for 14+ business days and can be deemed "lost".

Do you ship internationally?

We don't but hope to soon! We currently ship to Canda via our etsy store.

I need to change my shipping address.

We cannot change the address once your order is placed, you can however attempt to change your address with usps here.

Returns, Refunds + Cancellations

I no longer need my order, can I return it? 

All items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend gifting your purchase to a friend or family member!

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel any orders after they are placed. We begin processing and packing orders the second we receive them and are not able to pull it from the production line once it comes in.

I love your cards but have a title you don't currently offer, can I order a custom card?

We currently print our cards in bulk and keep them in stock and ready to ship. Because of this we do not offer custom cards. We do offer some general options for titles we do not currently offer! We recommend our vendor thank you card and selecting the general option!

Do you offer digital downloads?

We currently do not offer our products in digital forms.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do not currently offer discounts based on the amount of cards you order however we do offer free standard shipping on orders $35+. This is automatically applied when checking out!

Some products are offered on a quantity based system and the pricing will automatically reflect any discounts. No code needed.

What are your hours?

We currently work Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. We do not fulfill orders or reply to messages over the weekend but we will get back to you ASAP!

Invitations + Printing

Digital Invitations

If I purchase your digital invitations do I need to print with you?

The beauty of digital invitations is once you have them you can do what you would like with them! This means printing at home yourself, using a local printer or using us!

Of course while we always recommend printing with us for the best results the only reason you would have to use us is if you would like to print in letterpress or foil.

What comes with my digital invitation purchase?

Please check the description of the specific piece you are looking at purchasing for a full list of what is included.

What happens once I make my invitation purchase?

Once you order is placed you will receive a link to the email entered at checkout (usually within minutes) with a link via CORJL to edit your pieces. *you will need to create a login with them.

What aspects of the invitation can I edit?

You can edit the following

- Wording
- Ink Color
- Font Sizing
- Change the font with anything from our font list
- Graphics can be removed, resized or deleted
- Backgrounds can be removed, resized, added
- Photos can be added to any piece.

What aspects of the invitation can I not edit?

You cannot edit Page Size + Orientation

How long do I have access to my files?

You have access to your files for one year following your purchase.

I'm concerned I won't know how to edit my files to my liking.

We get it! Sometimes editing can feel overwhelming but trust us, you got this! Not only do we include a digital guide with notes on how to edit your suite but we also have an in depth video tutorial on how to do so.

Invitation Printing

What is your processing time on print orders?

Processing times vary based on the product you order.

Once your files are submitted + approved production times are as follows

Digital - 2 to 7 business days

Letterpress - 10 to 14 business days

Foil - 7 to 9 buisness days

What shipping carrier do you use?

In most cases invitations are shipped through USPS.

In some cases we will choose another carrier in which we generally ship with UPS. Once shipped most packages arrive in 2-5 business days depending where you live.

I don't see an area to submit my paper colors, ink colors etc.

No worries! Things such as paper color, foil color, ink color (for letterpress) and any other information we need to print your order will be included on the form we send you for file submission.

Do you offer printing for invitations that are not your design?

If you would like us to print invitations we did not design please send us an email PRIOR to ordering.

In most cases we can accept digital prints however foil and letterpress require very specific setups that we cannot do ourself if you own the files. We would need to verify our print requirements with you to make sure these adjustments can be made.
