Shop Policies
SHIPPING
All of our packages are shipped with USPS. We reserve the right to change your shipping carrier to get your package to you faster if needed. In this case we will never lessen the value of the shipping speed you selected at checkout. We will mail your package to the address entered at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order is placed so please double check this information prior to placing your order. Any package that arrives back to our shop due to "insufficient address", "wrong address" or for any reason will be subject to a reship fee paid by the customer.
In some cases we will break up your order into multiple packages to avoid any delays. You will receive tracking information once your order ships to the email you provided at checkout.
Processing times
We do our best to ship out all paper products in 1-3 business days but processing can take up to 6 business days especially during peak seasons. For specific processing timelines please look at the processing section on the specific product you are ordering for the most accurate information. Custom products can take up to two weeks to produce.
Shipping Times
In general USPS first class mail arrives in 3-6 business days, Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 business days and Express Mail arrives in 1-2 business days. Please note USPS shipping times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays caused by any third party shipping carriers.
Returns and Refunds
All items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Claims for damaged, missing or wrong items must be submitted within 5 business days from the day your order is marked delivered. Any items affected will be reshipped and replaced. Please make sure to keep proof of any package damage in order to file a claim. Items that are still marked in transit or delayed will not be resent until there has been no movement for 14+ business days and can be deemed "lost".
Variations
Since some embellishments are hand made such as wax seals there will be variations between pieces. Letterpress pieces can have slightly different impressions and is normal for the printing method. Please know that these are not flaws just the beauty of ordering such timeless pieces.
Colors can vary between computer screens and printed products. Colors can also print different based on your paper selections. We highly recommend ordering a sample set to see everything in person. We do our best to match colors perfectly but just know that color can change slightly between some batches and appear different on some device screens.

All of the personal information provided to us on our website is only used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. Your information will never be shared or sold your to any third party.
